Everything you need to reach us, report a problem, or manage your account. If your answer isn't here, write to us — a real person reads every message.
Email contact@iniscia.com and we'll get back to you, usually within a few working days. It helps to tell us the email address on your account, and — if you're reporting a bug — what you did just before it happened.
Teams show content written by other people: the team's name and description, the habits shared in it, and each member's name and avatar. On the website, a public profile can also carry a display name and a short bio. If you find anything abusive, offensive or otherwise objectionable, or a member who behaves abusively, email contact@iniscia.com with the name of the team or a link to the profile, and what you saw. In the iOS app, the report link at the bottom of each team leads here. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks our Terms, and may suspend or remove the account behind it.
If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple manages your subscription and we cannot cancel it for you: on your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you subscribed on the website, sign in at iniscia.com and open Settings > Subscription to use the billing portal; this can't be done from the iOS app. Deleting or deactivating your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription.
In the app, go to Settings > My account, then Delete account. Deletion is permanent: it removes your habits, their whole history, your goals and your profile. If you only want to step away for a while, use Deactivate account instead — it keeps everything and you can come back any time.
Settings > My account also offers Export all my data, which gives you a file containing everything we hold about you. You don't need to ask us for it.
