These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Iniscia. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Iniscia in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Iniscia is a habit-tracking application that lets you log daily habits, track streaks, view progress on a dashboard, set goals, and optionally join teams to track habits with others. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Iniscia.
Iniscia offers a Free plan (up to 5 active habits) and a paid Premium plan (unlimited habits and additional features). Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access another user's account without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content within team habits should stay appropriate for a general audience.
You own the habit and profile data you create in Iniscia. By making your profile public, you choose to share that specific data (bio, badges, and stats you've enabled) with anyone who visits your public profile link.
You may stop using Iniscia and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Iniscia is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect.
